Soap Magazine Feedback for Rough Design

Design
· Like the bubbles
· Good tagline
· Void of white, needs filling

Colours
· Brighter colours- taglines at the bottom
· Change of colour of the title

Layout
· Text at bottom across the pictures
· Barcode on the left?
· Put boarder at the top and move the text down

Font
· Change font of title
· Bolder fonts

Typical Convention
· Needs date and issue numbers
· Lots of punctuation

Feedback for Rough Cut of our Soap

Our group showed our classmates the rough cut for our soap. We gathered feedback and this is what they said:

• Titles worked well as they fit in with the conventions of a soap, maybe need something before the first scene.
• Don't understand the way the 'gran' talked in the pub, the accent interpreted doesnt work.
• Scenes are distinctive, understand the different types of storylines and what they are about.
• Titles at the end work very well, there is a clear understanding on the information given to the audience.

Poster Experiment

We decided to test run a green screen to see what the outcome would look like for us to use it for our final poster. We liked what we did with the experimenting and we are probably going to use it when we design our final poster.
